These Terms & Conditions govern bookings, stays and use of services at Hotel Kiran Palace. By booking or staying with us you accept these terms and any additional hotel policies provided at booking or check-in.
Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Hotel Kiran Palace.
- The hotel may cancel or modify bookings if information provided is incomplete, inaccurate, or fraudulent.
- For special requests or group bookings, additional terms may apply; confirmation is subject to availability.
Payment
- Payment is normally due at check-in unless a different arrangement is expressly agreed in writing before arrival.
- We accept major credit cards; a deposit or pre-authorization may be required to guarantee the reservation.
Cancellation & Refund
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to the hotel prior to the cancellation deadline stated at booking.
- If cancelled more than 24 hours before scheduled check-in, the booking is 100% refundable (subject to any third-party fees).
- Cancellations within the last 24 hours before check-in are non-refundable; no-shows may be charged in full.
Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in time is between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out time is 12:00 PM (noon).
- Early check-in or late check-out may be possible subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Room Rates & Charges
- All room rates, taxes and service charges are as quoted at the time of booking and may change without prior notice for future bookings.
- Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during the stay including room, food & beverages, taxes, and incidental charges.
Guest Responsibilities & Conduct
- Guests must comply with hotel rules and local laws, and are responsible for their own safety and that of their visitors.
- Guests will be liable for any loss or damage caused to hotel property and may be charged for repairs or extra cleaning.
Special Requests
Requests such as particular room types, bedding, or accessibility needs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. They are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.
Pets & Smoking
- Pets are not allowed on the hotel premises unless explicitly agreed in advance in writing.
- Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and inside hotel buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas (if any) will be clearly signposted.
Parking & Security
- Parking availability and fees vary; please check with the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on premises.
- The hotel is not liable for loss, theft or damage to valuables left unattended. Use of in-room safes (where provided) is recommended.
Check-in Requirements
All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card or alternative payment method at check-in. Additional verification may be required for certain bookings.
Common Hotel Rules
- Quiet hours are typically observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Guests should avoid excessive noise during these times.
- Visitors are allowed at the discretion of the hotel; hosts are responsible for their visitors and may need to register them at reception.
- Maximum room occupancy limits must be observed for safety and fire regulations.
- Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
Liability & Force Majeure
The hotel will not be liable for failure to perform obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, or other emergencies.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the local courts.
