Booking Policy - Hotel Kiran Place

At Hotel Kiran Palace we aim to provide a clear and safe booking experience. The following Booking Policy applies to all reservations unless different terms were provided at the time of booking.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from Hotel Kiran Palace.
  • The hotel reserves the right to cancel or modify bookings if the information provided is inaccurate or incomplete.
  • Special requests (room location, bed type, accessibility) are subject to availability and are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

2. Payment

  • Payment is due at check-in unless a different arrangement is confirmed in writing before arrival.
  • We accept major credit and debit cards; a deposit or pre-authorization may be required to guarantee a reservation.
  • All rates are subject to applicable taxes and service charges.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellations must be sent in writing (email) to the hotel prior to the cancellation deadline stated at booking.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before scheduled check-in are 100% refundable (subject to third-party fees where applicable).
  • Cancellations within 24 hours of scheduled check-in are non-refundable unless otherwise stated at booking; no-shows may be charged the full booking amount.
  • Promotional or non-refundable rates are not eligible for refunds; these terms are displayed at booking.

4. Check-in & Check-out

  • Check-in: between 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out: 12:00 PM (noon).
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be available subject to availability and additional charges.

5. Room Rates & Charges

  • Room rates may change without prior notice; rates quoted at booking apply to that reservation only.
  • Guests are responsible for all charges incurred during their stay, including room, food & beverages, taxes, and incidental charges.

6. Guest Responsibility & Safety

  • Guests are responsible for their safety and that of their visitors and must comply with hotel rules and local laws.
  • Guests will be liable for any damage to hotel property and may be charged for repairs or extra cleaning.
  • For safety reasons, tampering with fire safety equipment or emergency systems is strictly prohibited.

7. Special Requests

Requests such as additional bedding, early arrival or late departure, or accessible rooms are subject to availability and may incur additional charges. Requests are not guaranteed unless confirmed in writing.

8. Pets & Smoking

  • Pets are not allowed on hotel premises unless explicitly agreed in writing in advance.
  • Smoking is prohibited in all guest rooms and inside hotel buildings. Designated outdoor smoking areas (if any) will be clearly signposted; violations may incur cleaning charges.

9. Parking & Security

  • Parking availability and fees vary; please confirm with the hotel. The hotel is not responsible for damage to or theft from vehicles parked on the premises.
  • The hotel is not liable for lost, stolen or damaged valuables; guests are advised to use in-room safes where provided.

10. Check-in Requirements

All guests must present valid government-issued photo identification and a credit card or approved payment method at check-in. The hotel may request additional verification for certain bookings.

11. Common Hotel Rules

  • Quiet hours are typically observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect other guests and keep noise to a minimum.
  • Guests are responsible for their visitors; visitors may be required to register at reception.
  • Maximum room occupancy limits must be observed for safety reasons.
  • Guests are responsible for any damage or excessive cleaning required after their stay.
