In exceptional circumstances beyond our control (natural disasters, government-imposed travel restrictions, serious illness), the hotel may offer flexibility outside the standard cancellation windows. Requests will be considered case-by-case and supporting documentation may be required.

To cancel, send a written notice (email) to the reservations team. The hotel's recorded time of receipt will determine whether the cancellation meets the stated deadline. A cancellation is only effective after the hotel sends confirmation of receipt.
